Individual - $50.00 – 1 person, minimum age of eighteen (18) years old.
Family - $75.00 – Yourself, spouse, dependent children 18 years and
under, and dependent children 23 years and under with proof of full
time college enrollment. (Please list all family member names on the
application form).
Drivers under the age of 18 must fill out a separate application form
which needs to be notarized. A copy of their birth certificate must be on
file with TCRC secretary.
Late Fee: A $20.00 late fee will be charged for anyone renewing their
membership after April 1st. Late fee is waived for first time members.
Active Membership – First time memberships of TCRC are considered
active members. Active members are entitled to free gate admission
and/or a reduced pit pass fee.
Social Membership – An individual or family membership not meeting
Active Membership requirements. They have the rights of membership,
but must pay all gate fees and full pit fees.
Individual memberships must earn fifteen (15) membership points
during the year. Family memberships must earn twenty-eight (28)
membership points during the year. If the required number of points
are not accumulated during the current year, your membership status
will become social for the following year.
Membership points are earned by attending monthly meetings, doing
work at the race track, working car shows, and various other projects.
To earn points, driver must be a member of TCRC. Points are
accumulated from date of membership. (ex. If driver becomes a
member on June 10th, his points would begin that night. Finishes from
previous weeks will not be included.) A driver is eligible for the point
fund if he races at least half of the races as a member.
