Current rule
1C) 250 /450 STOCK CLASS Specifications:
1) Season Points: Multiple drivers may be used for one 250 / 450 Stock car. Season points will be awarded to
the car number in the case of multiple drivers. 4 or more cars must be registered to compete that night in order
to run the 250 Stock races separately. If 3 or less are registered they will be run with the 250 Open Class.
2) Driver Age: Driver shall be at least 14 years old or older. No maximum age limits.
3) Minimum Weight: Car and Driver- 610 lbs.: with 250cc 2-stroke single cylinder based engine or 450cc
4-stroke.
4) Engines:
A) All motors must be single cylinder engines only: maximum displacement listed - 2-stroke: up to 249cc
(cu. in.) stock bore/stock stroke or 4 stroke up to 450cc.
B) No engine age restrictions
C) Modifications are allowed. Must meet Limerock Speedway engine tech. specifications.
5) Fuel:
A) Any approved fuel (Alcohol, Gasoline) and approved oil (see fuel specifications in rulebook)
6) Chassis: See General Technical and Safety Rules

250/450 Wingless Super Stock Class
(Note: As a new class, the rules may evolve over the first year, depending on participants needs)
1) Driver age: Driver shall be at least 12 years old or older. No maximum age limits.
2) Engines:
A) Engines will be completely stock, and unmodified except as specified in the rules. If it doesn’t say you can do
it, you can’t. No porting, polishing, grinding, machining, or substituting parts etc. unless rule says you can do it.
B) Single cylinder, Stock 250 2-stroke, or Stock 450 4-stroke engines.
C) Engines may be any manufactured year. Only dirt bike or ATV engines may be used (no road race engines
allowed).
D) Any Piston may be used, as long as stock bore is retained.
E) Any valve of any material may be used, as long as stock dimensions are retained. Valve springs are open.
F) Stock ignition system must be used and functional, timing may be altered, stock rev limit must be retained.
G) Heads may be surfaced for flatness, but no other modifications allowed.
H) Clutches: 450 4-strokes must have an operating clutch (to encourage electric start), 250 2-strokes do not
need an operating clutch.
I) Electric Start: Electric start is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged.
J) Camshafts: 4-strokes may use any cam from the same manufacturer, and same engine family. No race cams,
no welded or re-ground cams. Note: Hot Cams stage 2 or 3 may be substituted for the stock camshafts. No other
aftermarket cam is allowed. This rule may be modified during the year, as the class evolves.
3) Mufflers: 250 2-strokes may use any pipe and muffler combination that meets the DB rule. 450 4-strokes
must use an oval “Turbo” type automotive muffler, 12” min. length. All cars must meet max decibel rule. Note:
This rule may be modified by class vote during the year as the class evolves.
4) Minimum weight: 610 lbs for 250-2 stroke, and 450-4 stroke.

6) Fuel: Pump Gas or Alcohol allowed. No performance enhancing additives.
